What You’ll Do
· Guide students through hands-on STEM and introductory coding activities.
· Teach core concepts such as logical thinking, creativity, and structured problem-solving.
· Encourage curiosity, exploration, and independent thinking.
· Monitor progress and communicate updates clearly.
· Use our individualized learning plans to support each student’s growth.
· Contribute to a positive, collaborative teaching environment.
What We’re Looking For
· Background in education, STEM-related studies, or equivalent experience.
· Experience working with elementary or middle school students.
· Ability to explain concepts in a clear, engaging, and age-appropriate way.
· Strong classroom management and communication skills.
· Organized, reliable, and adaptable.
· A genuine enthusiasm for helping students build confidence and skills.
Position Details
· Part-time role.
· Evening and weekend availability required.
