Scholars of Mississauga West is expanding our team of dedicated educators and is currently hiring for the following part-time, in-centre positions:
- Elementary Teacher
- Senior Intermediate Teacher
- French Teacher
What You'll Do
As a member of our teaching team, you will:
- Deliver engaging, individualized instruction based on each student's learning needs.
- Prepare lesson plans and teaching materials as required.
- Follow, adapt, and provide feedback on each student's personalized Goal Sheet to help achieve measurable academic success.
- Participate in training sessions and professional development opportunities.
- Help every student build confidence, develop skills, and achieve real-life results.
What We're Looking For
- Ontario Certified Teacher (OCT) preferred.
- University degree required; candidates currently enrolled in Teachers College or completing an undergraduate degree are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Experience in teaching or tutoring students in an educational setting.
Position Details
- Part-time, in-Centre position.
- Availability is required during weekday evenings and Saturday mornings.
- This is an in-person role at our Mississauga West Centre.
- Applicants must be able to reliably commute to the Centre.
